During this first 10 minute intake phone call some basic information will be collected including; your needs for counseling, first and last name, birth date, insurance information, email address, and we will schedule the first session. We understand in today's world it is hard to find time for a 10 minute phone call, so we are able to collect information and schedule your first appointment through email exchange if that is preferred.

Then it is time for you Initial Assessment session. Your second appointment will be scheduled at this time. The process of counseling is different for every individual, couple, and family, so it is hard to say how many sessions you will require, but we like to the set the expectation on 10-12 sessions.
