Coaches help you by empowering, mentoring, guiding and encouraging from a non-biased perspective. Coaches help you identify goals, set goals, and then hold you accountable to achieve goals. Health and Wellness coaches look at a person’s whole self and sees what a client may need help with both physically and mentally.
