Hello!

You Don’t Have to Face Life’s Challenges Alone

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficult life circumstances begin to affect how you feel, think, and connect with others. Sometimes you know you want something to change, but you may not know where to begin. Therapy can provide a supportive place to slow down, gain perspective, and begin moving forward.

Anna is a compassionate and experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered to create positive change in their lives. With more than 25 years of experience living and working in the United States, Anna began her career as a college counselor at a private college in Chicago. Her years of experience supporting people through personal, academic, and life challenges have shaped her thoughtful and caring approach to therapy.

Anna works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life challenges, and difficulties navigating change. She understands that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and she works hard to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being honest about what they are experiencing.

A Therapist Who Truly Listens

Anna believes therapy begins with a genuine, compassionate relationship. She provides a warm, nurturing, and judgment-free environment where clients can explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and identify what may be getting in the way of the life they want.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Anna takes time to understand each client's individual story, strengths, concerns, and goals. She uses evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs.

Anna also believes that understanding who you are, what you value, and what may be holding you back can be an important part of creating lasting change. Her goal is not simply to help clients manage their current struggles, but to help them develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and the tools they need to move forward.

You Can Start Where You Are

You don't need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, working through past experiences, or simply feeling stuck, Anna offers a supportive place to begin.

She welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds and is passionate about helping individuals overcome obstacles and make choices that support a healthier and more fulfilling future.

Anna provides therapy in both English and Russian.

Outside of therapy, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, writing, cooking, gardening, swimming, yoga, and meditation.
