Couples Counseling
Couples counseling is a process through which a couple (who may be engaged, dating, married, or partnered) works with a trained therapist to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to change, and then develops a plan of action to improve each individual’s satisfaction and contentment. Sometimes couples need a to hit the refresh button, they have become distracted or distance because life gets in the way. Or at times the passion leaves the relationship and the intimacy is absent and we do not know when the relationship took a turn.
There maybe a time in your relationship that you feel like all you are doing is fight and can never seem to be on the same page.
