Meet Your Therapist

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I bring a combination of clinical training, professional experience, and lived experience as a mother to my work with women. I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where women feel seen, heard, understood, and valued.

I believe that meaningful healing begins with acceptance and self-understanding. My goal is to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, recognize the patterns that may be affecting their emotional well-being, and build the confidence and skills needed to move forward.

My work with women often focuses on anxiety, depression, life transitions, motherhood-related stress, self-esteem, and other personal challenges. I understand that each woman’s experiences and goals are unique, which is why I take an individualized approach to treatment and tailor therapy to meet each client’s specific needs.

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with inner-child work to help clients explore how past experiences may influence present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify unhelpful patterns, process past wounds, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools for navigating everyday life.

Whether you are adjusting to motherhood, experiencing a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be an opportunity to pause, reconnect with who you are, and begin creating meaningful change.

You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. I am here to offer support, guidance, and a compassionate space as you take the next steps toward greater confidence, healing, and emotional well-being.
