Ashley uses her experience in coaching to help her clients make lifestyle changes and create new habits. Ashley uses a very solution focused, hands on approach to coaching. Ashley uses her coaching techniques to positively reenforce and celebrate the wins with her clients. Ashley helps keep her clients engaged with her personal passion for health and fitness. Ashley works with her clients by focusing on little changes, workout routines, food journals, staying aware of clients moods and adding to life, not restricting and dieting.
